MyAnswers: How to manually delete cookies in Internet Explorer 8

The following MyAnswers solution 2060 is now available:

I used Tools -> Options in Internet Explorer 8 running under Windows XP SP3 to delete history including cookies, but the cookie value is being remembered. How do I delete the cookies?
