MyAnswers: Outlook 2013 doesn't allow me to select the Deleted or Sent folder when I use IMAP.

The following MyAnswers solution 2346 is now available:

Outlook 2013 doesn't allow me to select the Deleted or Sent folder when I use IMAP. Now deleted emails go to Deleted Items and not Trash as I want. How can I fix this?
